just few feelings.....

It has been almost two years since living alone. He concerntrates over a big portrait photo in his room. Her smiling face and looks over eyes, a special type of light over that portrait. Her smile makes him to smile, a path for thinking positive. He focuses over that portrait as if he has never seen it before. He recalls moments that he started to share moments with her in his dream of architect. A dreamer who is always happy. He never wanted a relationship with her but just a way to talk with her. He was happy for what he did.He doesn’t feel any loss in his life; her presence was everywhere he moved. He started to move towards the balcony and see the garden. He looks over those pretty flowers giving their nocturne to those honeybees. Aside beautiful water pond was there where there were different fishes. They were busy over there world. Each day he gave food to those fishes and also watering flower was his hobby. After that it was his time for a tea and newspaper. This was his daily routine. First to see over portrait of smiling face marking a way to positive things, enjoy the nature’s first fresh air over garden, feed those tiny fish lives, water those greenery plants and flowers, have a cup of tea and read newspaper arming in a chair in the middle of his garden. He was happy with his life and forever he wanted to live like this from his childhood. His family members were far away in the eastern part of tropical region. He was living in the crowded city of life and had a successful carrier.
He never changed. From his childhood only he was looking for his dream. He was one of the best students in his school life. Study was only not his part of life, art was his passion, games were his hobbies and nature was his best friend from his early days only. There was a river flowing from the higher hilly region and used to move in a peaceful manner over the middle of forest near his school. It was a village where he learned to read and write. But he was quite lazy at his school days. Mostly he was having great interest over games, art, and nature. After school he used to love to travel through the bay of river rather than shortest route to his home. Hanging bag over tree and diving over the river was the most things he liked to do. He used to listen to music of those winds over that forest and used to dance in the way to celebrate. He was just a child. He was never afraid of animals over jungle instead used to love to travel over those dense forests. Birds were his friend and he used to call them in their language. He used to sing like those animals and used to ask them to sing a song for his loving mother land. It was he who believed that he was born to survive to having an interaction with nature. He used to play with water, birds and animals. He gave the names to animals who were his friends. He used to reach home at night and due to this he used to be scolded at home. But he used to help his parents so that they used to love them. They never knew why he was late at home

Time was as usual. It continued as before, same war was around his village, people were almost depressed of their work. He was leaving alone in the nearby riverside. His main occupation was to collect the woods and grasses from the nearby forest and sell it in the nearest town. But now time has totally changed the war was begun and it has been long time he was dependent only on the river fishes and vegetables around his house. The forest area was prohibited as the revolutionary groups were living there. Long time ago, they had declared to villagers not to go near forest area as they may shoot them thinking as spy so no one further went over there. Moreover others difficulties were too there. Villagers were forced to give half of their earning to revolutionary groups to help them otherwise they were force to join into their armies. Villagers knew that the life in the revolutionary group was to live only for a day happy and all others day with a hope to die the next by killing other enemies. So they choose to leave to share half of their living.
The man had not much land for farming but also he used to give half of his earning with a cheerful smile. He always had a hope that one day war will end and further he will again start to do same old job. This was only the hope for which he was living. But tragic was it, revolutionary groups were struggling a harder time so they needed more army to flight in the war and now they started to demand one man or women from each family was compulsory. The man was only person living alone in the village who was just 18 years. Though he was small but was intelligent and very honest in his work. He hates the war fight. He was requested many times to join the liberal group but he always denied saying that he would love to help them by providing them food and shelter rather than joining them.
The rain was heavily started to fall and the water level in the near river was rising. The climate was changing. Thundering and lighting continued the whole day and night. The boy never thought of the day. The river flooded, his house was swept away destroying the land area. The only property he owes was a small home near river side where he had been living there since his parents died. That too was now swept away by river.
 The boy didn’t weep. He thought it was to happen so it happened. He believed that there was a god who controls this system. He was there who always does for good. Everything happens in favor for each other’s. So he decided to build another small cottage near the forest area. For that he needed help form revolutionary group. The only thing was to request a small part of land from them for which he have to pay 1-3rd of his earning. He spent his night over the branch of the biggest tree, waits for the next day to come. He looks over those twinkling stars and thundering sky. His body was shaking.

ARJUNDHARA TEMPLE

"Arjundhara”-the religious destination of thousands Hindu people, is located  at sanischare, Jhapa of eastern development region of Nepal. In Nepal, the living majority of the people are Hindu.

 The children in front of cow, they are known as priest. They are responsible for praying the holy God at temple. They go to "sanskrit schools" for receiving Education. After the completion of thier education they get a job as a priest and are responsible for doing ritual activities.










It is believed that, Arjun used a bow, for
constructing a pond, for cows.

PATHIBHARA TOLE SHUDHAR SAMITHI




"Pathibhara Tole Shudhar Samiti"- a society group, is working for the sanitation programs,maintain healthy environment.

From its starting, it has been working for the removal of plastics bags in the society

They initiated the programs of using handbags( door to door program), management of garbage and waste products.

They also runs different campaign for enhancing the life at local people. For building social relationship and proper understanding, they run a religious "kritan" program every Saturday. The program is initiated at members house.


MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY

They have formed children organization, which runs a weekly program. In the program, general discussion of the social problems, the key role   and responsibilities of the children are being discussed. They also execute different program to show the hidden students talents, in the field of art, drawing, essay writing.


They  awarded the top student who got highest percentage in S.L.C(school leaving certificate). The fund was provided for his higher studies. The main motive of award was to inspire the students to study better.

The Death OF Innocence.

He thought it is his first day. He told himself he will never get addicted towards it. He remembers the voice of his inner heart,” in a life time there should be an experience of everything”. Doing drug is not a bad but addiction is bad. He knew he can handle it; he will just do today only in controlled manner.
The sniffing of it was awesome. Its goes inner deep inside the brain, touching the parts of nerves where it is was originated. The pleasure that it provides gives a relaxation. The breezy air was blown throughout the body. The life is really good when you experience new changes. It is dangerous to mainline through needle while sharing with friends, so he tried pop through the rupee note. The first pop was the best. It was like a long heat wave throughout his body. Any ache or pain or sadness or guilty feeling was completely flushed out. A full satisfaction and relaxation was there. Mind was at peace, he feels like he was in heaven. He slept over there and was enjoying his first pop of a heroine.
He knew taste and smell of glue from his early school life. Sniffing glue in tissue papers and plastics was a part of week, among his friends circle. When it became daily routine, he never noticed about it. It was really hard to take it in class, but he always managed to do it. Among his colic’s, he was best.
He tries to stop it, but soon it became like a dream. It’s impossible to stop dreaming. Everything was in control but satisfaction and pleasure wasn’t, every time he tries to stop saying, “one last sniff, after that no sniffing, but the last sniff never reached.”
He was taking his life away from himself, he knew it was true. People around him were just making an example of him. Who damp cares about the world? He only want that addiction and pleasure, that brain hanging. For that, he was ready to do anything. Pick-pocketing, robbing the people, shops, were the few daily activities when he didn’t get money for buying his drugs stuffs. He neglected the society. Soon, the street corner became his home. There were others company too. The other day to live was another mainline of heroine to have.


Oh I forget to mention about his syringe incident. He stills remembers those days. After the college, a night at New Year eves, at his sixteenth birthday, he went to pub-house with his friends for celebration. The gals removing their bras and panties, was the hard time for him to control his own desire for sex. When they started to play with their vagina, masturbating themselves, that moment for him was the best incident to watch. It was before when he had watched porn movies, or seen live couple sex in bridge side, but today he was enjoying live incident of gals masturbating, playing with their nipples. He was totally wet inside. That night, he had a group sex. The sex was not sufficient for entertaining, so he took drugs from mainline. The satisfaction of cocaine is far better than sex. Sex is just for minutes, doing cocaine makes you feel like being in heaven.
He had been caught while sniffing drugs at home, so the other day he left his home. Few days, friend’s home was the place to take shelter. Soon, he choose street corner as his home. The only problem with the street corner was the breezy air that blows, that makes body shivering and shaking. There was no danger of anything. He was free to live aside corner. The stars and moons were twinkling over sky; his passive eyes never saw the sky clearly. The dogs were his best friends; they slept along his sides to provide the warmth in the cold winter nights. It was really hard to pass night, if there was no shot of heroine, or mainline of cocaine. Just a shot wasn’t sufficient. Just a syringe or mainline wasn’t fulfilled. When he had no money for it, in order to compensate desire and satisfaction, he has often taken the tail of lizards, the liquid from shocks.
His life ended over the street corner, where thousands people pass their way daily, he was there alone at night to spent his remaining life time. He was known to be street dogs.

..............A DATE WITH A GIRL................

The hall was empty and the film starts to begin. It was not as usual but today she looked quite sexy. I was really in a mood to disturb her but again I used to think about last time when I kissed her and she first kissed and again threw me away. Isn’t it was ridiculous. But today day was different. I was willing to kiss her not only kiss but my intention were to make love with her. As before I was holding her hands and kissing them frequently but not any response were there. I also didn’t care. I was also not in mood to watch film so I was looking her face. Her eyelashes, a single pimple was over her head making her cheek more or less not apparent, she was really amazing, when she used to smile then those beautiful white teeth used to make me to think to inhale my mouth over her and touch and rub those teeth with my tongue but I was only entertaining myself thinking about beautiful moments. I was scared to share such emotional feelings with her. I liked and loved her.
Sometimes I used to ask myself question whether my liking to her was of purpose or something others? Because I used to find myself physically intended towards her and used to spiritually enjoy beautiful moments by thinking about her. I often dream a paradise that was for my love and me, going deep into the seaside kissing each other making love talking about the beauty of fishes and blue sky. Kissing her in her cheek and waiting for a moment to give some special gift to my love to see pretty smile on her face. She used to ask me about heaven and there I was to take to heaven over that beautiful paradise and her charming face give me a satisfaction of love that we used to do to each other. She was queen of mine paradise. Life without her was just like useless for me. I loved her and every day I woke up early in morning for her. I used to live a day for my love and will prefer to die a second after her so that she will never cry for me. She was my love, my heart, my soul beyond that we were same body we were one soul.

Oh what was that? Again the same dream? It started from a film hall? Oh why I am often having recurring dream? I don’t want any relationship in my life? More often I hate relationship with them? What trouble is going in my mind? I think again last night I drank much more and saw badly those love stories. From next time I will not drink more and never see such movie. Bells rings………………… oh dam it’s already 8 o'clock. Now it’s time to be ready otherwise again I am gonna miss my first period. Today also there is no chance of making breakfast at home I will do my breakfast over college.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH EDUCATION?

“I was born intelligent but education ruined me”- many times I have seen this status at facebook, print at t-shirts. My question, is really our education ruing those people? Not too much pessimistic but matter to think.
The problem my generation facing regarding studies, learning and teaching patterns. My experience, I never thought of doing my intermediate level, I just wanted to pass S.L.C only. After that, fathers business. But what to do with fate, I got first division marks, and was suggested to study science. So after, enrolled my bags and ran to Kathmandu for higher studies. Dream of businessman never left my mind, so thought to finish intermediate level and leave study. Again, aggregate distinction, mind suggests study further; u can do business whenever you like. Presently, engineering college, bachelor degree.
What exactly I learned is the matter to discuss. Got a tag of best student from early childhood. Was I best, tried to figure out? Mathematics, I loved to do, science(PHYSICS)?? .A question mark? (Till today). I mug up all the definition, solved the numerical so got good grades at S.L.C. same thing I practiced at intermediate level. Got distinction, no doubt, because questions were almost fixed what was to be asked? (Past question practices makes students to get first division marks easily, if have a little concept also then distinction is nothing)
Frankly speaking, I doubt myself, am I able to understand physics? Did I try to understand it? The entire thing I did, just copied the notes, read all those stuffs. Never tried to be imaginative, or thought about being it. Teachers were busy just finishing course in time, explaining those things that are all.
Was it my fault or teachers or the education methodology? This question was in my mind. So tried to solve it (believe myself as a learner). So my research proceeds.
I used to have questions regarding the physics mystery. When I asked them got the tag of “nonsense questions.” Also, one interesting fact, I used to see aboard writers books and asked the numerical from those, books to teachers, got another answers “no need to see such tough question just practice from the books we subscribed”. I don’t want to say all teachers are alike that, but I am talking regarding the most cases.
The concept that I found among teachers is just making student able to pass the exams. The course time is totally designed in view of exam importance. I believe that my generations’ friends are receiving knowledge but the power of being imaginative is being degraded.
Nearly half of the 3 million people who enroll in the university in the U.S. dropout within 6 years. In Nepal, school dropout rate is 80%.
Why really my friends quit the exams? Why their grades are always low. The answer was simple, they were not getting what teachers were teaching, their catching capacity was too low or the methods of teaching were not appropriate. They don’t find a vision on studies. Studies are not too interesting. Either they are studying forcefully. Why it was so?
Our teaching methodology is one dimensional. From primary level only we are receiving one dimensional study. Living in a world of three dimensional and studying in one dimensional? Ridiculous things always happen. Till today I am having the problem of understanding terms of science.
What actually one dimensional education gave me?

One dimensional study: A teacher come to class and gives a definition of weightless. A student hears and just note down the definition.
having no weight, especially by virtue of being in an atmosphere in which there is no gravitational pull

Two dimensional studies: a teacher shows a man falling freely on a projector. A student gets information in two dimensional (listening and seeing)
Three dimensional studies: a group of students are allowed to play in a big balloon where they experience falling of a body and shouting weightless.
Three dimensional is not possible while teaching in all cases, but two dimensional concepts are possible. (Campion College has implemented it from this year)
Creativity and imaginary are the matter of concern.
Roger Sperry (1981 Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine.) research showed that the two hemispheres of the brain control different mental and perceptual functions.

Discoveries shows that, right hemisphere efficiency of performance is 90 percentage, remaining 10 percent for left hemisphere. Also, right hemisphere is active and works up to 13 years of age from birth, after that left hemisphere starts to perform its work, also the work of right hemisphere is performed by left hemisphere after 13 years of age. The efficiency of human brain is 100 percentages but scientists have found that up to 3 percentage of brain is only being utilized.
My point is that, from early childhood students are receiving the education to develop their left hemisphere. Creativity and imaginary power are not developed. If activities required for development of right hemisphere are developed, then student will get a chance to be creative and imaginative. The point is that, whether to train the students to be creative, imaginative or leave them on the environment as we are having now? Music, sports, art are the education that helps to develop our neurotransmitter for making right hemisphere of brain active.
Till today, we are judging the students by their marks and performance, we never planned to make them creative and imaginative, just we provide them knowledge and they just share the knowledge that they save in their mind. I am also the same fellow among all who got a same tag.

MY ANALYSIS REGARDING TOURISM.............


We have a great chance of development in the field of tourism. Internal and external tourism should be promoted. There are lots of means for its promotion. Nowadays we can see Nepal tourism year advertisement over different magazines, posters over walls, newspaper, and so on. Different websites has been also promoting the same slogan.
Nepali flag raisedover each and every houses of Patan area also shows a beautiful scenario of that area. We have greater chance of development regarding tourism.
Venice of Italy isn’t as big as Bhaktapur and it was artificially made where around 3 corers tourist visit. As Nepal has already got a potential for the development of tourism so for what we are waiting.
“Rabindra puri, who is now working for renovating Panauti area for preserving our old cultural folks and dances, rituals, and preserving old houses by giving donation as much as he can for reconstruction in old manner. If internal tourism is developed in proper manner (20 lakhs Nepalese people travel) then our per capita income will be as of Indian people. We should promote internal tourism. He was one who won UNESCO CONSERVATION prize by redecorating an old house in Nepalese style. Around 50 houses were rebuilt by him over Panauti area in the traditional way. Panauti can be made as Bhaktapur and Patan areas and it can be best example of showing how old traditional houses has been destroyed by modern in these places. After development of Panauti others 12 areas (chainpur hille bandipur dhankuta palpa dapta.....) will be developed as people will have faith to preserve custom and tradition of these areas.”
We have no any particular channel for showing our natural resources, our customs, folk dances, traditional rituals. We are the people of 4 caste and 36 sub caste. Each caste has got different traditional programs which they celebrate. Now they are in a state where different ritual traditional function is going to extinct.
For the promotion of Nepal tourism there must be a separate media channel which should mainly focus on development and promotion of the social and ritual programs. Whenever I see animal planet, national geographic and discovery channel then I always dream of one Nepalese channel which can show the best resource that we have got.
If we will be able to establish new channel promoting the natural landscape, vegetation, mountain, old and traditional living style, cultural rituals and programs then certainly we can attract lots of people. The main motive of channel should be focus on all the possibilities development that we have got. By this way we can also preserve and protect the old traditional and folk dances and culture which are going to be extinct. We have got the potential then why we are not starting? We are really not starting? It’s our duty to do it. Until and unless we don’t start then there is no chance of its development. Let’s think about it. Such programs should be launched. Development of tourism is necessary. Let’s not be too backward when we have to think that there was a chance to do it but we didn’t…………………………………………
